“My TV does not have an optical input (Optical Coax, 3 HDMI and RCA recepticles only ). Can this system work with my cable box and DVD player. How would you hook them up?”

I had the same problem. This sound bars hooks up to one of your HDMI inputs.

You don't need the optical for this sound bar. You do need an HDMI input on the TV and HDMI out on the cable box and DVD player. The soundbar has 3 HDMI inputs - plug your cable and DVD into those. Run (1) HDMI from the sound bar "out" to the TV. Everything will work fine. You will choose the Video source with the Sound Bar remote.

Yes, you can still use the HDMIs in your TV. Connections are as below 1. Sound bar - Connect to HDMI OUT (ARC) 2. TV - Connect to HDMI IN (ARC) Select the sound bar mode as 'TV'. That should work
