“My current boze soundbar powers itself down when no signal is received from the tv, so i can use one remote and don't have to turn on the sounbar when I turn on the tv with my x1 remote. Will any Sony soundbars do the same thing?”

• Hi Noexpert, The Sony HTCT790 has an auto standby function. When you do not operate the system for about 20 minutes, the system enters standby mode automatically. -Jerome
