“Sony ht-ct790. Green light showing on the subwoofer but there is no bass coming thru it at all. The sound bar works but sounds very tinny. I moved the subwoofer and it started working but has again stopped working and the green light is still on.”

I had the same problem. Turned off volume to tv ,an just turned the volume up. Maybe sub is to far away.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have a similar issue. It's more about the source than anything else. When i watched netflix on 5.2 audio it wouldn't work so i had to replace my subwoofer. It had no probably via blotch thought.
