This comes with a 4K HDMI cable to connect the soundbar to your television. If you want to use an audio cable, you would have to purchase one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The 790 comes with one ARC compatible HDMI cable. ARC means "audio return channel" and you should check the back of your TV to make sure it has HDMI that is ARC enabled. ARC first appeared around 2009 and if your TV is older than that, the ARC HDMI will not work if you don't have the ARC label with the HDMI connection. Look at the back for the HDMI ARC label. If you don;t have one, you will need an optical cable (not included!!) for connection and perhaps a 3 plug RCA cord depending on your TV configuration . You can contact Sony Support with your TV model/serial number and they should be able to tell you how to set it up or if it can be set up.
