How do you get the soundbar to pair with the subwoofer? I've tried everything and can't get it to go!!!! I had it and then it disconnected null

I had alot of problems with the unit not pairing and then not connecting to the tv remote. After 10 calls to sony, I was told to exchange the soundbar. I did and all works gret now.

I am not sure if this will help but I had the same problem with mine. I found that the subwoofer would lose connection from time to time. I just manually powered the subwoofer off, then waited 5-10 seconds and turned it back on and it would reconnect. I am sure you have tried this, but I thought I would share my experience. Hope it helps.

Should pair automatically. If not, check the instruction booklet.
