“My subwoofer just stop working to this device. The light will not come on at all. It just went out all of the sudden. The surround sound system still works perfectly. But, the subwoofer itself want come on at all.”

Dee, either your input current is faulty (Try annother outlet) or you have blown an internal fuse. If this is the case then take it in and it is a simple repair that should be accomplished while you waite.
