Is this compatible with a Sony A7? null

If you put this 20mm F/2.8 APS-C (i.e., crop mode lens) on the A7iii (24 Mpixel full frame camera) it will automatically select crop mode for you and work, but it will then be equivalent to 30mm F/4 and take 10 Mpixel photos due to the crop factor. (I own the A7iii and tried this out.) Note that with the A7Riii 42MP camera, it would still crop to 18MP.
