I hooked my Sony TV to my Yamaha stereo receiver using a digital optical cable, so I get TV sound through my stereo speakers full time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can run the sound to a stereo receiver using the TV headphone output and a Monster 3.5 mm stereo to R/L RCA cable. This is how I do it through a Marantz integrated amp and it sounds really good.
