Click you Home button, go to Settings, go to External Inputs, go to HDMI Signal Format, Click Enhanced Format and this will get you HDR working correctly just make sure your plugged into Input #2 or #3
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try plugging into the 2nd or 4th HDMI input on the TV not your surround reciever. This TV is arc enabled (auto return channel) so it should be good.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First, make sure you are using either HDMI port #2 or #3 and have a "high speed" HDMI cable. Then hit home and scroll down to Settings > External Inputs > HDMI signal format > select "Enhanced format". If you that and go back to that first screen, all the checks will be green. Also, you can Google "Sony X800D 4K HDR TV Setup for Xbox One S" for a Youtube video showing all the steps if you get stuck.
