• Yes it is . You'll have to go into the settings for video output, select which HDMI port you have your Xbox One plugged into, and manually change the setting from standard to enhanced mode. Click on ok, then your tv may have to restart itself (the LG OLED has the same procedure, and I have an Xbox One S running at full 4K with HDR on.).
