“I read the feedback from Amazon. Two persons brought this model TV can not connect with Fios. They contact Sony and Verizon. They both can't solve the problem. Our house use Verizon Fios, If it doesn't work, then I won't buy it.”

We had Verizon Fios - that apparently sold the state of Texas to Frontier. We had to have a Frontier technician come out to get our set-top box to connect to this tv. He found that we had a very old splitter in the attic that he changed out. Not sure what else he did, but it's working beautifully now.
