Hi Jc, We are sorry to hear about the issue you are having. To watch 4K videos when streaming Netflix, Youtube, or any streaming apps that supports 4K streaming, please check the following: -To enjoy 4K content with some services such as Netflix, you must subscribe to a specific plan to receive 4K content. -You must also select a content or title that supports 4K (UHD). -If your network is not fast enough, you cannot enjoy 4K content at it's best quality. Make sure you have a steady internet connection speed of 25 megabits per second or higher. The required settings depend on the streaming service. For details, refer to the help site of your service. -The streaming quality must be set to High or Auto in the playback settings of your Netflix profile. -Make sure the firmware of your TV is updated to the latest version. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The content was 1080p to begin with and only upscaled to 4K but it wouldn't be displayed as 4K because it was not shot on 4K.
