QuestionNative (real)120hz or 60 hz?? I just spoke with a Best Buy sales person. According to him this TV in 43 inch, is not true native 4k at 120. Its imaging processing that makes it fake 120hz. According to UFO test, and my PC its 120hz.

- Answer Hi James, Thank you for the inquiry. The motion enhancer of this TV is Motionflow™ XR 960 (Native 120 Hz), Auto mode. The KD43X85J supports the features specified in HDMI 2.1 like the 4K120, eARC/ARC, ALLM, and VRR(VRR will be available via a future firmware update). To set the TV HDMI® signal format to Enhanced format for your source device to recognize the 4K 120Hz capability of the TV. Make sure your device is connected to the HDMI 3 or HDMI 4 input on the TV using the supplied Certified Premium HDMI cable. 1. Select Settings → Watching TV → External inputs → HDMI signal format. 2. Select the input the device is connected to (either HDMI 3 or HDMI 4), and then change the setting to Enhanced format. I hope this helps! Jay

- Answer The speakers are located under the bottom frame next to the Sony logo on the TV. They are pointed downwards. They are downward firing and sound great. No sound bar is needed.

QuestionThis TV is very nice and has a Great picture when right in front of it but when you are watching at an angle the picture is washed out and terrible, was wondering if there is anyway to fix that ?

QuestionWhen it says it has a stand width of 32 in. exactly what does that mean? The width of the table I want to put this TV on in exactly 32 in. Will this TV work for me? Thank you

- Answer Hi Helen, thank you for your inquiry. It actually means it is the measurement between the legs of the supplied TV stand/legs and not the width of the table. And the width of the TV stand is approximately 26 1/4 inches so it will definitely fit on your 32 inch table. Hope this helps! -Sam

- Answer Every Best Buy has this model in stock. I just bought one last night from my local store. I did by the last one but they are getting more in. Also they can deliver this TV next day for free. Check your area.

- Answer HDMI port #3 and #4 are both native 120Hz 4K resolution as long as you are using an HDMI 2.1 cable which has ultra speed connections of 48gbps(8K) cables for your pc or console.

QuestionI just got this Sony 43" class X85J 4K (Sony Bravia)- the picture is great. But the sound quality is not so great -- there is a sibilant hiss that is very annoying - so much so that I am considering returning this TV. What settings will fix this issue?

- Answer I recently bought the same tv and have not had this issue. The TV is one of the loudest and clearest I've had. I would reset the television in settings and if it still happens exchange it. It's the best you can get at 43" in my opinion so it's worth the exchange.

QuestionI desire to use as Smart TV in WiFi, streaming mode. That is, no coax cable or HDMI input (except Fire stick, Roku, etc.) My gateway says I have download speed of 230 Mbps. My question is: Will TV achieve 120 Hz refresh rate in wireless mode?

- Answer My experience with a wi-fi connection only (100mbps system) has been excellent. Quick connections using both Air Play and Chromecast from remote and IPhone. I have not experienced any picture lag or breakup.
