Hi Raul, We apologize for the inconvenience. VRR will be coming via a future firmware update. Please check your TV model at our Sony eSupport website for product updates and announcements. To adjust the picture quality, configure various settings related to the TV display such as color and brightness for picture quality, or screen size. The actual display may vary or some settings may not be available depending on your model/country/region and the content you are watching. Press the (Quick Settings) button on the remote control, then select [Settings] — [Display & Sound] — the desired option. Thank you for the inquiry! Jay
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sony just announced 2 days ago that it will be releasing new updates somewhere between November or December 2021. I have PS5 and Series X and you can only do 120hz 4k if you change the HDMI format to (Enhanced format) and have it plugged into HDMI 2.1. other than that 4k 60hz is what's the best so far. Series X Dolby gaming capabilities is very good btw in case you havent seen it.
