You need to set your HDMI 3 or 4 to enhanced, not standard or Dolby Vision. I had mine on Dolby Vision and that would not allow the 4K and 120 refresh rate. Changed to enhanced and bingo, 120 refresh rate with 4K. Super pleased now!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It does offer 4k @ 120hz, you just need to change your settings and make sure the HDMI cable is plugged into ports 3 or 4 so it detects the 4k 120hz signal from Series X or PS5.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It will do 4k, and it will do 120hz. It WILL NOT do both at the same time. I bought it for the same reason. Brought it back 2 days later. For a little more money, I went with the Aorus fv43u. A 43 " monitor that does both 4K and 120 hz at the same time flawlessly. Keeps COD running perfectly. Truly amazing. By the way, the salesman and best buy tech support knew absolutely nothing when I couldn't get the TV to work correctly.
