I wear hearing aids in both ears and can watch and listen with volume at 25 to 28 and can hear ok. without my hearing aids it is 35 to 38 for prime time shows like FBI most wanted and Blue Bloods which for some reason have a quieter dialogue. I have this tv in the bedroom. I hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Honestly the TV has good sound already! But if you want to make it like a Movie Theatre then get the Bose or Sony Sound Bar for sure. The Bose 700 Sound bar is really nice.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought the Sony HTG700 Sound Bar and connected to this Sony OLED 48" TV. Constantly heard staticky noise when watching TV. The eARC input is defective because it works with an optical cable, instead of the HDMI cable. Returning for warranty repair. Unfortunately, my Sony OLED TV just stopped working 2 days ago...may be related to the Sound Bar issue, but unfortunately TV is 14 months old and therefore out of warranty. Hoping Sony can still help with my expensive TV issue .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No I don't use a sound bar and have no problem with sound quality.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Model of tv is Sony 48” oLED: My room is small ~11’X14’. I set the sound level on the tv at 24 and it is good enough for my hearing. Very balanced sound, no need for sound bar.
