Q: Questionled lightsI have my tv set to vivid but when I go in to settings it says the led lights are turned off. If I turn them on the tv gets darker and the mode returns to standard. Shouldn't the lights be on all the time? Also if I view a picture and then go back to the tv it has returned to standard mode. I would like it to stay on vivid. I tried to lock in the settings but it still returns to standard. Whats going on?

• A:Answer Every picture settings has its own setup. If you want to stay on vivid just select vivid and don't go to settings. Thanks, >Joffrey

Q: Questionupdatewhen I got this tv when you turn it on their is a small light that comes on in the front of the set. Two days after I had the set it wanted to update, I said ok and updated it. After that the light did not come on. Should I be concerned? Everything else is fine, the picture is great. I'm not sure if I should bring the set back or not. Whats your advice. I'm still in the 14 days.

Q: QuestionWill it do 3D?I'm researching this televisions specs on BB and comparing to Sony. Sony's website says immerse your self in 3D. So can it do 3D because BB's website says it cannot.

• A:Answer The refresh rate has nothing to do with the soap opera effect it's the artificial cineamotion or true motion effect that gives you the really weird feeling while watching.... You can turn it off it's a controllable feature

Q: QuestionThe most frustrating TV I've ownedThe instruction manuals are useless and the commercials that show what the TV can do are VERY misleading. Instead of showing WHAT show me HOW!!!! Eg. Let's say I want to stream my laptop thru the TV. Or, maybe I want to remove an App that I don't want anymore? or, where is the Opera browser if it's not on the App menu??? This and so many other questions that come up daily! Can Sony please post how-to's on Youtube????
