“Just purchased the X800E 49” and looking for the display to show me 2160p but not seeing anything but 1080p. Have cable box with HDMI plugged into HDMI 1 slot (also tried HDMI 3) so changing slots doesn’t seem to make a difference. How do we get to 2160”

You’ll need a 4K blue ray player, plus your cable must have 4K in order for it to push it through.
