• Hi missy, Thank you for your interest in the Sony X950H. This TV comes with preinstalled apps such as Youtube, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. which can be found on the Home Menu of the TV. And it also comes with a Google Play store app to install additional apps. Hope this helps! Regards, Sam

• Yes. Prime and Netflix apps are both preinstalled. Hulu app can easily be added. Just search for Hulu and select "install." Dave
