Hi Matt, thank you for your interest in the Sony X950H. Unfortunately, no. The X950H does not support a 120 Hz refresh rate. It is capable of 60 Hz at 1080p and 4K. If you're looking for a Sony TV that supports 4K 120 Hz feature, please consider some of these models: X900H, X90J, X85J, X95J, A80J, and A90J series Regards, Sam
