“I have music on an SD card that fits into a USB adapter. When I put that in the stereo it says "Please Wait" and then says USB. I push play on the remote and nothing happens. (Yes, the batteries are good.) The stereo eventually shuts itself off. Help???”

• May need to press USB on remote to activate before clicking play.

• Hi Dave, your adapter may not be supported by the music system. Please try storing your music to a USB flash drive instead of using an SD card and an adapter. Please keep in mind that the unit only supports MP3, WMA, and AAC music formats. Thanks, -Mark
