“I have music on an SD card that fits into a USB adapter. When I put that in the stereo it says "Please Wait" and then says USB. I push play on the remote and nothing happens. (Yes, the batteries are good.) The stereo eventually shuts itself off. Help???”

May need to press USB on remote to activate before clicking play.

Please try storing your music to a USB flash drive instead of using an SD card and an adapter. Please keep in mind that the unit only supports MP3, WMA, and AAC music formats. Thanks, -Mark
