Unfortunately never found video but i figured it out after realizing i had the stand upside down or sideways or something, once you line up the stand like the picture shown on the instruction it becomes very simple to put together don't worry you can figure it out.

A:AnswerThis may sound dumb but you can try connecting a paper clip from positive to positive and negative to negative and then hold the power button for 10 seconds this clears the memory chip on the remote control if there's an issue with that Otherwise it's a circuitry problem
