You need to adjust the settings for your graphic card interface. Go to device manager and find out what model graphic card you have and download the latest software (free from the library on a usb drive) install and this should help. Also a very good HD graphics card is $40-60. Install instructions are 5th grade level (if your not computer savvy). Upgrading to an HD graphics card is the way to go. I upgraded to a 4k graphics card just a little over $100 little more expensive, but why broadcast 1080 and miss out on the full 4k experience.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sounds like your computer is "extending" your desktop instead of "mirroring" it to the new additional display you've connected. Hold Windows key and press P to cycle between mirror/extend/off, and/or drag what you want displayed all the way off the right or left side of your primary computer display to see if it slides onto the TV's screen.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Look on computer make sure you are sharing your screen instead of having a second monitor. If you have the display mode on two monitors then you can just drag the web browser from one screen to the next . Or change display to mirror . I hope that helped
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Looks like you have the extended desktop option on, which is making your tv act like a second monitor. I hope you are able to see all the icon and web pages on your computer. If yes, then please change the settings to duplicate screen/monitor. That should work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It sounds like you may have your video setup to extend and not mirror. Can you drag an icon or application over to the TV desktop? Yes? Then you have an extended display.
