“1080p to 2160 I just bought this tv yesterday. Picture is great, but it is only running at 1080P. How do I get the picture to go to 2160?”

• The input has to have the resolution your looking for or you. Some 4K content is available on Netflix and YouTube. I like to search YouTube for "4K" and watch the content. Beautiful picture and highlights the features of the tv we've purchased.

• Purchased the same TV, asked the same question. The installer stated that the TV is ahead of the broadcasting company ability to send in 2180 yet.

• 1080p is coming from your source, i.e. blu ray or cable box. The tv is upscaling everything to 4k, hence why it fills in the screen. Try youtube and search for 4k content.
