“How can I enable the screen zoom/aspect ratio menu? Been going crazy trying to figure it out with no luck and even tried doing a search on Google with no luck. My 3 year old watches programs with logos and I need to Zoom in so the logo won't show.”

Sony won't let you zoom in on a UHD image source... If you connect a FireTV / Android Box etc. via HDMI and limit the resolution to 1080 the zoom/aspect ratio menu will be available...

We'd like to help troubleshoot the issue. You may adjust the screen size and position on the TV by pressing the HOME button, then select [Settings] — [Display & Sound] — the desired option. Note that you can't change the wide mode settings due to the following: Wide mode settings aren't available during a 4K playback from an external device such as a Blu-ray Disc™ player, game console, etc. If you connect an external device or video source to an A/V receiver that has 4K Pass-Through feature. Make sure to connect the external device directly to your TV. If you stream an app and then press the WIDE button, the TV displays Feature not available. This is normal operation. Change the aspect ratio on the app's settings. Most applications don't have an option to adjust aspect ratio.
