Width measurement between the stands, when installed in ‘Soundbar position, is 45.28”. Also be sure that the height of the soundbar doesn’t block the bottom of the screen or you may need an IR repeater for remote to work.

The distance between the TV stand/feet (standard position) is approximately 50 1/2 inches so your soundbar will definitely fit in between them but it might cover a tiny portion of the bottom of the TV screen depending on the height of your soundbar. As a suggestion, you can switch the TV stand into the Soundbar position, this will raise the TV stand for about 2.6 inches in height. but, the distance will become 45 3/8 inches so you will have to move the soundbar forward. Please refer to the start up guide for more information about the TV stand assembly: https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/res/manuals/5024/62139047f195ff666b466cf1319dade1/50245411M.pdf Hope this helps! -Sam
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The 55 OLED set is 48 inches wide and the support of the set is merely a balance of cross pieces at either end of the set with the screen setting on the supporting surface, table, or shelf. If this is the set up, the sound-bar will mask the bottom two rows of the daily world news, or other news items under investigation, truthful or not. The modification support is attached to the top of the screen, allowing it to be raised the appropriate distance equal to the height of your sound-bar. I assume that this is an additional purchase item. The installers are quite adept at this modification. Recommend this single-point suspension stand, producer unknown.
