“I have a 48 inch sound bar, I'm guessing this will not work with this tv sitting between the legs.”

Hi johnnyboy57 Thank you for your inquiry! Our BRAVIA XR-55A90J supports 2-way stand positions. When in soundbar position, the stand width of this TV is approximately 45.28 inch (1,150 mm). Unfortunately, a 48-inch (width) soundbar will not fit under the screen of this TV. You may want to check out our XR-65A90J instead. The stand width of our 65” is approximately 53.74 inch (1,365 mm), perfect for your existing soundbar.
