Hi Jack, We regret to hear that you are having an audio issue with your Sony BRAVIA TV. This is definitely not the customer experience we want you to have. To isolate this issue, please make sure your TV is up-to-date. To improve the performance of the TV and resolve any possible software-related issues, we always recommend updating the firmware of the unit. If you are watching from a cable, check the antenna/cable connection. Perform a power reset to further isolate the issue. Unplug the TV power cord from the wall outlet, wait two minutes, then plug the power cord back in.
