- Answer Are you streaming 4k or trying to play a 4k ultra hd disc? I know with Netflix you have to swith your account to subcribe to ultra hd content.

QuestionThe power cable that comes with this TV is not long enough to connect to the power source once mounted and hidden with cable covers. Where can I order a longer power cable? This is not a standard power cable.

- Answer We mounted the TV on the wall and since we remodeled the area we had outlets put there where it was going to be mounted. The power cable worked fine for us.

QuestionAfter buying this tv I heard a loud popping sound when I resumed paused tv via the Hopper. Online I found a thread with many others having same issue caused by a recent software update. Temp fix is to disable Dolby digital audio output. Sony Fix This NOW!

- Answer Your solution is get rid of the TV and never purchase a Sony. I have the same problem and a new software update partially fixed the problem, not completely.Don't waste your time with calling tech support, they are no help.
