“How wide is the base of this tv? We have a 40 inch currently sitting only a 43 inch base. We wonder how far over the edge the tv will rest.”

• The TV is 49 inches side to side, so it would stick out about 3 inches on each side if your base is 43 inches wide. The stand legs are 38 inches apart so you should be alright especially if you make sure it can't move.

• The tv total length is 48” and the legs where it sits the distance between them is 38 1/2” it’s good to know since the tv stand could be to small.
