QuestionI've tried 4 different drives and nothing, it doesn't recognize any drive only a phone. I can't have a conversation using my phone through the radio, it buzzes. This is why I wanted to try updating.

- Answer Hi Macgyvur, Follow the online update instructions carefully. Go to Drivers and Software. Make sure the update folder is in the root directory of the USB storage device. Try to download the update on a different USB storage device. QuestionInstalled the Sony XAV-100 with a RP5-GM11 on a 2004 Chevy Avalanche, everything works, except the audio when the engine starts, I will have to select OnStar to initiate audio then cancel in order to have audio output, any suggestions as to how I can fix?

- Answer Had the same issue with a 03 Chevy Tahoe. Only way to get around it is to buy a harness kit that bypasses the onstar. I forget the exact cost for it but in my situation I just hit the onstar button and got used to it because of the cost of the harness

QuestionHas anyone got this unit showing up rear view when Clicking on Rear Camera on the screen. Mine says "No Video Signal" . How to wire for triggering rear camera on the press of screen botton? The reverse gear works fine.

QuestionI recently bought this exact system. Does it work with a 2005 Acura TSX with navigation? My current screen controls my AC unit as well.

- Answer No. This unit is supposed to be capable of playing video via usb, but I have never tested it. I’m pretty sure the vehicle must be in park before video can be played.

- Answer The Trailblazer is a 1.5 Den - This unit is a 2 Din. I have modified a Trailblazer in the past to make it work, but it is difficult and requires a lot of patience and skill to make it look right.

- Answer Yes sir. You’ll need the appropriate dash kit and wiring harness. May want to get a controller for the steering wheel controls as well but you could easily swap it out.

- Answer Take it to an Actual Audio Shop, I have an 02 and Best Buy doesn't know what they're doing. Also the stock Amp has to be bypassed in order for it to work.
