I own a Sony A8H. Here is the way to adjust the screen size. The method with Comcast, is to first go to settings. Next, find Video Display. Your set is probably defaulting to 4K. Move that to 1080P, and make sure you lock it in. That will now open Screen selection on your TV. When you are done, just reverse the procedure so you can get 4K programming again. Good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Sony Listens, I tried all of that already. The problem I'm having is that it's not enabled AT ALL! Everytime I try to adjust the screen size it just won't let me as it's not highlighted. Might have to take the TV back since it sounds like I might have a lemon unless you have any other suggestions. Never had this problem with my LG OLED as their remote had a Zoom button which I use to press until I got my desired screen size. Thanks for your help and I hope to hear back from you soon!

You can also adjust other picture-related settings by pressing the HOME button of the supplied remote control, then select [Settings] > [Display & Sound] > Screen.
