“I am puzzled as to why Sony released the A8H without VRR and ALLM support since the soon to be released PS5 and Xbox X support them. Are there plans to add it by firmware update, or is that even possible?”

• What I had heard is that he A8H is targeted for those who want great picture for movies, not intended for gamers. Therefore, it is at a lower price point. The next model up has V%% and AALM support.
