We have not had that problem. We have ours for a month.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the TV in a room that has plenty of light. The good thing about the TV is that is has several options to adjust color, brightness and light. In addition, it has an automatic light adjustment option that can be used which will adjust to the lighting in the room. It has taken me about 3 weeks to find a good combination of some setup which I believe is closer to the colors and brightness that I was looking for, and sometimes, depending on the channel, streaming service, lighting in the room etc, I might need to go back and do some adjustments to improve the TV colors.
