I just had my Sony TV installed on Wednesday and we ran into this issue with my local channel 12 only so far.I have Optimum as my service. The installer made some adjustments which seemed to sync up a little better but not perfect.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This is a known issue that cannot be fixed. Best Buy continues to sell these TVs knowing they have an audio delay issue and Sony can’t seem to fix it. Best Buy will not help you with this either no matter what extended warranty. Be careful who you do business with because I have a 4,000 dollar piece of junk on my wall with no support from Best Buy or Sony.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Solved! I followed the link and tried the suggestion -- power reset by holding the 'off button' on remote for 5 seconds -- and TV shuit down, restarted on its own, and the sound delay was fixed! Sund is now synched with picture. Thank you, Sony!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This could possibly be a cable issue, however, is this only happening on certain channels? What type of HDMI cables are you using? Try switching cables. Also, there is an option in settings for this as well. I believe it is under audio/video sync. Hope this helps.
