Q: QuestionMy Sony 65A90J didn't last 4 years and I just found out today that there are no replacement parts made (Tcon/bad LCD panel). Why should trust Sony and buy a A65K?
Asked by AzRickster.
- A:Answer Hi AzRickster, Thank you for your interest in the Sony 65" Bravia 9 and for sharing your experience. We regret to hear about the issues with your previous Sony TV and understand your concerns. Your feedback is valuable to us as we continuously strive to improve our products and services. Here are a few reasons why the Sony Bravia 9 is a worthy investment: Unlike other TVs, our expanded color volume keeps images vivid and saturated even at high luminance levels, so you see pictures just as the creators intended. Experience a new era in contrast. With a unique local dimming algorithm, XR Backlight Master Drive precisely controls thousands of Mini LEDs for truly authentic contrast. Everywhere’s the best seat. With X-Anti Reflection™, pictures are clearer with less reflection and glare. X-Wide Angle™ keeps pictures looking as beautiful from the sides as they do from the center. We understand your hesitations and would like to restore your confidence in Sony. If you have any further questions or need more information, feel free to contact us. Unfortunately, due to the current Bestbuy phishing protocol for your protection, we cannot provide a direct email or phone number for customer support as of now. Please find Sony Electronics' Support information: Go to our support website > click on “Support” > scroll down click on “Contact Support” > click on [Product Type] and from there you'll see different ways to reach us. Q: QuestionSam indicated in his answer concerning height, that the Bravia 9 had three height adjustments. The tallest being 36 3/8 the shortest is listed as 33.4. What exactly is the height on the middle position? One is too tall, the other too short.
Asked by JTS.
- A:Answer I just saw Calib's Bravia9 review and there are only 2 heights. Low slung or high enough for most sound bars to not block the screen.

Q: QuestionWhen will Sony provide a display Bravia 9 to BestBuy to showcase in stores? I’ve called BestBuy and they say it’s entirely Sony’s decision
Asked by Tvguy86.
- A:Answer I wanted to view the Bravia 9 but only one store way across town had it on display, and I didn't care to fight the traffic. Best Buy has a no hassle return policy for a certain number of days. They took back an LG G3 no problem. I watched so many YouTube reviews that I pulled the trigger and have no regrets. The B9 lives up to the hype.
