“Just bought the XR65X95K and I am having trouble with settings. I like the vivid mode but when I turn on the ambient light sensor on and lower the back light from max to 35 it will not hold those settings. keeps going back to max and turning sensor off.”

Hi settings , Thank you for reaching out to us. We're sorry if you are having trouble with the settings of your X95K TV. When the ambient light sensor is turned on, it will automatically adjust the brightness and power saving settings. The only way to adjust those settings would be to turn off the light sensor. Pro Tip when the ambient light sensor is ON, the more ambient light in the area the higher the brightness setting will be. Should you need further assistance, feel free to contact us.
