I believe the 50/60 Hz you're referring to is the voltage. US voltage is cycles at 60hz and European cycles at 50hz.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.50/60 refers to the frequency of the power supply. In the US the power supply is 115VAC (aka 120) running at 60Hz sinusoidal. Other countries use other Power Supply voltages such as 230VAC,...and typically run at 50Hz sinusoidal. There are several different power supply schemes around the world. So this label on the back is for the power supply supported, and nothing to do with "frame rate".
