“I have a Directv receiver less than a year old with new cables. Directv says those cables will work fine with a 4k tv, i dont meed any new cables. Is that true?”

HDMI is all that you would need. 4K works like a charm.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was told by BestBuy to pickup the ultra HDMI cable for my DirectTV. I switched back and forth through my two cables and various HDMI ports and it finally started communicating with the ultra cable.
