A:AnswerLay the TV back down take the stand off and put it back on make sure it's flush and straight as your securing it best to do like on the edge of a bed or table. Also do not use drill butt tightening order Philips by hand and do not over tighten it

A:AnswerI don't think that is normal and have not experienced that problem. Have you checked your HDMI cable? Sounds like it might be going bad or it is your cable box or cable line coming into your house.
A:AnswerThere is an internet browser but you must use the remote. I have not seen anything that would allow use of a keyboard. I hooked up a computer with a remote keyboard for internet access.
