QuestionMy screen (picture) shakes when watching TV stations but not when Netflix is on. I have tried searching for a resolution but nothing is fixing the problem. Anyone have the same issue or know the fix? Other than that, love the TV! Thanks

QuestionYou keep telling how far apart the stand legs are but no one has said the distance from front to back. My stand is 20 inches deep in the middle but tapers to 19 in. on the end. Will that work?

- Answer Hello! My tv stand is 18 inches deep and it fit just fine, with a little room in the front and back. we now have our tv hung on the wall and put the legs of the tv away. hope this helps!

QuestionOk let me try this again. I hooked up a bias lighting strip to my 900 series Sony tv 4K. It plugs into the USB port, works great BUT when tv is powered off, bias lights turn on then go off intermittently Thru the day and night. Any ideas to stop it?

- Answer Hi Amos, we highly suggest disconnecting the USB cable of the lighting strip once you turn-off the TV. It may draw too much power and may cause the TV to malfunction. Thanks! ^Ron
