“Recently bought a Samsung smartTV(X80 J) and my Direct TV receiver will not output too my TV. The TV will “display the picture” but it’s only a blank screen. I have tried different cables and outlets and still won’t work.”

Hello, Thank you for purchasing the BRAVIA X80J LED TV. You can connect the DirecTV box to any of the HDMI Inputs(HDMI ports 1/2/3/4) of the KD65X80J. Verify which HDMI® input on the TV that the DirecTV box is connected. On the supplied TV remote control, press the INPUT button repeatedly until it displays the correct HDMI input where the DirecTV is connected. I hope this helps! Jay
