“I have a 72" tv stand, however it's in 3 sections and the middle section is 37 1/2" wide with a 1" drop to the outer sections. How far apart are the legs where they attach to the tv and can the legs be swapped around so they point in?”

I'm answering my own question. Best Buy sales person helped us by finding the legs for this TV in the back and they fit on either side. We bought the TV and set it up with the legs pointing in and it fits our stand and it is very sturdy. This is the TV we wanted but almost dismissed it because we didn't think it would fit our TV stand, thanks Best Buy for helping us. Loving the TV so far (beautiful picture!).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The legs are 45 in wide at the wide end and 26 in at the narrow end so would not fit on your center section without over hanging the outer sections. I did not assemble the legs so can’t answer that question. Perhaps you could mount it on the wall.
