• It is not designed for that. Either wall mount it or have it on a sturdy table at least 45 1/2 inches wide and a foot deep.

• The television comes with a pair of "feet" that allow it to be placed on a horizontal surface. The "feet" are actually of really good quality and have an incorporated cord management system. It can also be mounted to a wall with an appropriate wall mount system.
