- Answer Yes it should all it has is a hdmi port to hdmi and super easy set up especially with Sony TVs. It than will have a update to and than a regular set up to where ever you sit. It is amazing and you set it up to feet or however you want but yes it will work

QuestionWhat is the power supply frequency for this speaker set? If I buy it in America which has a power supply of 110v and want to take it to India which has a power supply of 240v will it work?

Questioni have my oled a8f connected to this sound bar through the arc connection. It does not pair them. i have to use separate controls both tv and sound bar are updated with the latest fimware. when i hit the sync button on the tv it doesn' fine the soundbar

- Answer Hi there, No, Currently, this unit is not compatible with Amazon Alexa. For suggestion, You can use the Google Home feature of the unit which is also a voice assistant function just like the amazon alexa. Hope this helps! Regards, Sam

QuestionI've had this setup for over 1 year now. With constant every heavy use. Pair with my Sony Bravia A1E. But as of May 18, 2019. My subwoofer stopped working completely. Even with securelink on,their so little info out there on these thing need help

QuestionI have an Samsung plasma TV that does not have ARC HDMI. can I still get the full Atmos audio experience with optical + HDMI to tv and use the inputs from the soundbar ? or is it not even worth It since I have an older TV

- Answer If your tv doesn’t have ARC you won’t get Atmos. Optical isn’t capable of carrying Atmos as it doesn’t have enough bandwidth. And to receive the highest quality Atmos, eARC is even better. All this is assuming you use a high speed HDMI cable as well. Hope this helps.

QuestionIs there a way to turn off the LED on the soundbar (not subwoofer) so that it doesn't show the source? I don't like seeing the word "TV" on the LED screen for an entire 3 hr movie, right below my new TV. Ugly and distracting. Thx!

QuestionSetup XBR930E, Apple 4k tv, ps4 pro all connected to the soundbar.Everytime I turn on the TV via the apple tv remote the TV cycles back and forth from a blank black screen to apple TV. Is there a setting on the soundbar I need to set to stop this? Thanks

- Answer I don't think so. It comes from Sony all in one box. The only option I know of is buying rear speakers separately.

- Answer Bluetooth or Chromecast Audio feature can be used, as long as your project supports it. Also, keep in mind, if you choose connection other than HDMI, you WILL LOSE the ability to decode and playback high definition audio format, like Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Atmos, DTS X etc. In addition, depending on the version of Bluetooth version on your project, you may experience video and audio out of sync issue. The bottom line is, it is recommended to use HDMI connection as possible.

QuestionI have enabled enhanced mode on HDMI settings, but the Roku Stick+ will not allow 60Hz 4k or HDR. XBOX One S also won't allow HDR. Soundbar is plugged into a brand new Vizio P75. What is the problem? I've reset the bar and done everything I can think

QuestionIsn't there a specific wall mount by Sony for this Soundbar? I remember looking into this bar a year ago, and yes the Sony mount is more expensive but I thought it looked more clean (streamed lined) than the Rockfish model, but I can't seem to find it

- Answer How are you connected? Had the same problem when using an optical connection. Switched to the HDMI ARC connection and the home screen appeared.
