you may have to hook up an optical audio cable from your tv back to the receiver's optical input. Worked for me.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe you meant to say HDMI (not HTML) plug. I haven't tried Roku itself, but have had no problems with amazon tv or apple tv. Have you tried changing the audio modes?

Please try again later.have you plugged in your HDMI cable out from the receiver into the input HDMI plug on your TV set if that does not work you might want to get a HDMI splitter if you don't have a unused HDMI input on the TV set if you need more information on the HDMI splitter check out YOUTUBE, hope this helped
