“All of the speakers work fine until I go netflix. At that point only the 1 center speaker actually is fully functional, the rest of the speakers only produce background noice. No voices come thru them. I have a new Samsung 4k smart tv. Why is that?”

• You'll probably need to run an optical audio cable from the tv back to the receiver's optical input.

• Have you tried changing the sound output using the A.F.D/2CH button on the remote to Muti Stereo?
