“I have a Sony surround sound system that’s not loud enough, when watching some TV shows. Will this amplify the sound. I also have two wireless speakers and a subwoofer. If I connect to the TV will the surround sound automatically connect, as well.”

Hi JayLee, Yes, this should work to amplify the sound using a 5.2 speaker setup. However, this receiver doesn't support wireless speakers and subwoofer. Thanks! ^Ron
