“Will this TV be updated to the newest version of Google TV that uses profiles and included kid profiles? This is a very important feature for me as the parental controls are much better. If yes, when will the TV be upgraded to the new version?”

Google tv comes with all 2021 Sony models ending with "J". The brightness of the interface isn't as good but I'm hoping they'll fix this in the next update. When you adjust picture, the setting is only applied to the currently viewed row of thumbnails. Top and bottom row is dimmed and it makes it look washed out compared to Fire Stick UI.
