• Hi Simon, at least i was not the only one when i told them about the popping noise. We set it up and got the popping noise also. Was on phone with C/S and reset everything to no avail. Went back to Best Buy and exchanged to a Samsung Q7. Yes, i do not think it is suppose to pop....
